Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will likely be in the processing phase. If canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the results our products can deliver, and we ask that you give them a fair try—at least 14 days. If after that time, you’re still not satisfied, and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you may return the item. Please note that any shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take every measure to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@exerem.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur due to factors beyond our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or other logistical issues. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If you realize there is an error, notify us within 24 hours. We cannot offer refunds or resends if the incorrect address is provided, and we are not informed within this timeframe.
