At Exerem, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times are based on the total transit time after your order has been dispatched. The exact shipping time will vary depending on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below based on your country of residence:

United States: 7-14 Business Days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. For international shipments, customs delays may also affect delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing or even order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify the details. If no response is received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@exerem.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee any modifications after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

At Exerem, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier issues, including severe weather or transportation disruptions
  • Product availability, address verification, or payment processing problems

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to ensure timely delivery. Please note that Exerem cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will, however, keep you informed of your order status and assist with any concerns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. While we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely, once it’s handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@exerem.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most couriers have a claims process that may require additional details. We will also work with the courier to follow up and provide updates.

Please note that Exerem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered. In certain situations, filing a police report may be necessary.
